2013 Travels - Europe!
I will be traveling to Europe to visit friends in the Netherlands for one week. My hosts are Sebastiaan, Bregje, and their 1 year old daughter, Isabel. I'm very much looking forward to the cultural experience! I will be staying with them in their home in Hoorn, which is 30 minutes outside of Amsterdam. The second week I will be taking a train from AMS to Zurich. From there, I will traverse my way through Swizerland and fly out of Geneva. I've wanted to revisit the area since my trip in 1991!! At that time we hit 5 countries in 10 days. I always wanted to return and enjoy a more cultural experience. Plus, we didn't have time to go to Switzerland in 1991. I LOVE the mountains and am looking forward to some beautiful scenery and some serenity! I leave 8/26 and return 9/9.
